Mr. Arun Bhardwaj carries a rich experience of 25 years in IT, Telecom and Office Automation Industry. He is a graduate Engineer with Honors from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.

His last assignment was with Bharti Airtel Ltd., India’s No. 1 Telecom service provider as Chief Operating Officer – Industry Verticals where he played a key role in the growth of the enterprises division which he joined in 2002. Prior to this role, he was heading International Calling Services business where he played a leadership role in the launch of “Airtel Call Home” services in USA, Canada, UK & Singapore . He has been recognized with numerous awards, including Six Sigma and Knowledge Management.

Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, he was with Ericsson Inc, where he was responsible for sales of software solutions to mobile service providers in South Asia and later moved on to USA to head marketing and Alliances in North America. His other experience includes: Network  Programs, HCL  Info Systems (almost 9 Years) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

He has represented these various organization in many industry forums as a speaker, member of panel discussions in FICCI, IBA, NASSCOM, Voice and Data etc. He believes that the key to success is positive attitude, team work, customer delight, entrepreneurial thinking and learning from one’s mistakes.

Mr. Suresh Nair is a senior professional with extensive experience of 20 years providing strategic finance and accounting direction with Panel responsibility in diverse industries.  As the Chief Financial Officer of Onicra, he is managing a wide spectrum of finance and accounting responsibilities including financial reporting and management, treasury and cash management, credit and collections, corporate governance,budgeting,taxation and all statutory compliances.

His previous assignment was with the India Today group as their CFO, where he looked after  the manufacturing, exports, BPO, education and media related businesses both in India and overseas. He  was responsible for planning and implementing financial strategies for the growth of each business.

He has also been the head of finance for Eastern Generation Ltd’s (a premier utility company of UK) India operations wherein he was instrumental in setting up green field power projects in India. He led the Eastern’s team in successfully financially closing the first of the second generation power plant  projects in India and sourcing the complete funding for the project from both domestic and international funding  institutions.

Mr. Mohit Sahney is Chief Operating Officer for Onicra’s two verticals: Credit Profiling & Rating and Employee Background Screening. He is responsible not only for charting out the companies growth path but also for formulating & executing new initiatives. Prior to joining ONICRA, Mr. Sahney enjoyed a 10 year long association at ICICI Bank as Business Head of their Home Equity Division. This relationship has exposed him to an entire gamut of high demanding clients ranging from large corporate clients to the micro clients. His long stint at ICICI instilled within him valuable insight into the areas of retail banking & property services.

He has also served on the management team at GRASIM INDUSTRIES Cement Division where techno-marketing techniques were pioneered. He is an engineer with a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Mr. S Ramesh’s strength lies in his ability to create new businesses from scratch. Currently he heads the Government vertical, wherein he will lead Onicra’s rating initiative in the domains of Healthcare and Education. A thorough gentlemen who has over 20 years of professional experience in providing strategic and operational direction alongside monitoring sales & marketing functions in diverse industries. (Office Automation, IT, Telecom Products, Telecom Services & Rural Services). Prior to this he had been managing Onicra’s SME business. He has been instrumental in the conceptualization of the rating business, forming the team, registration with NSIC and executing the growth plans. The business under his leadership has grown many folds and today Onicra is a recognized player in the rating business for SMEs.

He is a Management Graduate from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA).His past experience with Xerox, Panasonic, Reliance & Tnet group has contributed immensely to his success.

Mr. Neeraj Jain carries a rich experience of 17 years in B2B Enterprise Sales & Marketing, Program Management, Six Sigma and Business Excellence. He is a graduate Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and a Post Graduate from IIT, New Delhi. He completed his Management  degree from FMS, Delhi. He is a Certified  Six  Sigma Master  Black  Belt  and  Black  Belt.

His last assignment was with Bharti Airtel Ltd., India’s No. 1 Telecom service provider as General Manager – Strategy and  Planning and played a key role in the growth of the enterprise division. He joined Bharti Group in March, 2000 and later took on various assignments within Bharti Group including Head Domestic Sales of software business, Head  Data  Business for Haryana circle, Head Six Sigma in Enterprise Business, National Program Manager and GM Strategy and Planning in Enterprise Business. He was selected to the President’s Club, the most prestigious sales award across Airtel Enterprise Services for Exceptional Contribution towards Enterprise Sales in 2008-09.

Before joining Bharti Airtel, he was with Siemens Information Systems Ltd, where he was responsible for Marketing and Sales operation of Telecom software solutions. His other experiences includes: Crompton Greaves Ltd., NELCO (TATA GROUP) and HCL Ltd.

Mr. Dilpreet Sahi is a professional with more than 15 years of experience encompassing various business domains ranging from Capital goods, Real Estate, FMCG & Banking. His career span saw him representing and managing some of best known brands viz Svedala, Coca Cola, ICICI Bank & ABN Amro. His area of specialization and interest lies in the field of Financial Services (especially Infrastructure finance & logistics). At Onicra, he heads the SME business.

Mr. Akash Goyal carries a rich experience of 16 years in B2B Enterprise Sales & B2C sales. He is a Management post graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi.

Prior to joining Onicra, Akash was working with Bharti Airtel Ltd., India’s No. 1 Telecom service provider as General Manager – Sales with their International Calling Division. During his tenure with Bharti Group, he worked on various assignments within Bharti Group including Regional Sales Head for Transition Team and Head of Sales for Broadband and Telephone Services.

Before joining Bharti Airtel, he has worked with companies like HCL, Global Telecom and ETT.
