Mr. Sonu L Mirchandani founded Onicra in 1993. Under his leadership, Onicra has
grown to be among India's leading Rating Agencies by providing
rating and business process services to some of India's Top 500 companies. Mr. Mirchandani oversees the company nationwide, providing leadership
in the areas of strategic planning, new business development and expansion. Alongside Onicra, he is also the promoter of Onida. He was instrumental in evolving
and building Onida into one of India's most revered brands. His responsibilities
lay in formulating, incubating and delivering emerging services in the area of consumer
electronics.

Mr. S. Datta |

Mr. Shyamal Datta is the former Governor of Nagaland. He started his illustrious career with the Indian Police service in 1965. He joined the Intelligence Bureau, Government of India, New Delhi, in 1979 as an Assistant Director. He became the director in April, 1998 and retired from the post in May, 2001.

Mr.A.S.Dulat
|
Mr. A.S. Dulat is a retired intelligence officer (Ex - Chief of RAW) better known for
his extraordinary insight into the Kashmir issue acquired through years of handling
the state.
His career began by joining the Indian Police Service (Rajasthan Cadre) in 1965.
After his short stint, he soon moved on as he was seconded to the Ministry of Home
Affairs (Intelligence Bureau) in 1969. Mr. Dulat served in the Security Service
for 30 years, with a posting as First Secretary in the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu
(1976 - 80).
He was the Head of RAW in 1999-2000. On superannuation, he was re-employed as Advisor
on Kashmir in the PM's Office from January 2001 to May 2004. He is currently a
member of the National Security Advisory Board.

Mr.K.S.Raman |

Mr. Raman has been intimately associated with Consumer Electronics Appliance Industry and Trade for the last 30 years. He has had extensive experience in the field of manufacturing, marketing and after sales service operations. He has won many accolades including the prestigious 'Udhyog Patra' award in 1985. He has assumed various noteworthy posts in his illustrious career; Chairman PSRG Group - Ministry of Information Technology.
He was the Chairman of the study of globalization of Indian Television Industry by Arther D'little initiated by Department of Electronics, Government of India.
He was a member of the Electronics Council in Federation of Indian Chambers and Commerce Industry (FICCI). He is Ex-President of CETMA (Consumer Electronics and Television Manufacturers Association). He was the Advisor to the Managing Director of Samsung Electronics India Ltd. He was instrumental in promoting Consumer finance for durables and brought consumer finance companies and the manufacturer's to a common table.
He is the Ombudsman for Philips India Ltd. and also on the board of several companies.

Dept. of Information Technology. During the period, he dealt with varied assignments in Planning & Analysis, Industry Development, Export Promotion, Manpower Development and Research & Development.
He serves as an Independent Director.

He was associated with Merrill Lynch - New York & London in their International
Private Wealth Management Group. He assisted in client relationship management and new business development.
He firmly
believes in the mantra of thinking "Out of the Box". This organization culture will
help steer Onicra towards becoming a par-excellence rating company.

Mr.Arun Bhardwaj |
|
Mr. Arun Bhardwaj carries a rich experience of 25 years in IT, Telecom and Office Automation Industry. He is a graduate Engineer with Honors from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.
His last assignment was with Bharti Airtel Ltd., India’s No. 1 Telecom service provider as Chief Operating Officer – Industry Verticals where he played a key role in the growth of the enterprises division which he joined in 2002. Prior to this role, he was heading International Calling Services business where he played a leadership role in the launch of “Airtel Call Home” services in USA, Canada, UK & Singapore . He has been recognized with numerous awards, including Six Sigma and Knowledge Management.
Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, he was with Ericsson Inc, where he was responsible for sales of software solutions to mobile service providers in South Asia and later moved on to USA to head marketing and Alliances in North America. His other experience includes: Network
Programs, HCL Info Systems (almost 9 Years) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
He has represented these various organization in many industry forums as a speaker, member of panel discussions in FICCI, IBA, NASSCOM, Voice and Data etc. He believes that the key to success is positive attitude, team work, customer delight, entrepreneurial thinking and learning from one’s mistakes.
