The Ministry of MSME through NSIC has signed a memorandum of undertstanding with Onicra to provide performance and credit rating services to MSME units. The rating creates awareness about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and assists in identifying areas of improvement for the MSME unit. Under this scheme, the msme unit only pays 25% of the rating fee to Onicra while the rest 75% is subsidized*
by NSIC.
